My journey into massage was inspired by witnessing the profound impact touch had on my mom, who struggled with fibromyalgia. Through the power of loving presence and massage, her pain was alleviated and she experienced more ease in movement. Seeing the impact I could have on someone, creating more relaxation and comfort, I knew it was a path I wanted to pursue.
After studying Thai massage in Asheville, North Carolina in 2017, I moved to Kauai to pursue an 800-hour training at the Pacific Center of Awareness and Bodywork in 2018. I learned techniques rooted in Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Sports Massage, Structural Integration, and Quantum Touch energy work. I received my license to practice massage in Hawaii in 2018 and successfully passed the MBLEX national test. Recognizing that our bodies carry emotional, social, and physical imprints, I approach massage as a holistic practice. I have seen how life experiences and emotional reactions often lead to holding patterns and restrictions in the body, causing discomfort over time. I tailor each session to move at a pace and depth that elicits the best response, fostering a therapeutic experience that transcends the physical, creating harmony for mind, body, and spirit. I look forward to being a part of your journey of well-being.
